eMentalHealth - A great resource for families looking for service in their area, information sheets, screening tools, and general child and youth mental health information.

Canadian Mental Health Association - CMHA is on of the oldest voluntary organizations in Canada. The CMHA promotes the mental health of all and supports the resilience and recovery of people experience mental illness. 

Ontario Centre of Excellence for Child and Youth Mental Health - The Centre works with Ontario child and youth mental health agencies to strengthen services and build an effective and accessible system of care.  There are some great resources here if you want to learn more about research, policy, as well as learning modules, and tool kits on a variety of topics.

Children's Mental Health Ontario - CMHO works to identify and develop solutions to important policy issues affecting the child and youth mental health sector.  This site has specific information for Parents and Families that will help you understand and navigate the system.
