Window of Light

Each time someone stands up for an ideal, or acts to improve the lot of others, or strikes out against injustice, he sends forth a tiny ripple of hope. - Robert F. Kennedy

The window of light gives opportunity to celebrate and share the true spirit of those loved ones with mental illness, or those who have been lost to mental illness.

In 2006, Senator Michael Kirby and the Standing Senate Committee on Social Affairs, Science and Technology released “Out of the Shadows at Last: Transforming Mental Health, Mental Illness and Addiction Services in Canada”.

Let this window of light continue to bring out of the shadows all those who suffer from,  who are to be celebrated, and live with the challenges of mental health disorders.

We celebrate, admire, and shine a light on them, as they do not deserve to live in the shadows.
