Chapter Leader - Jennifer

Jennifer is passionate about helping others in their journey of supporting a loved one who is struggling. She has lived experience as a grandmother advocating for her grandchild throughout the Sarnia region, including the school system and mental health system. Jennifer also sits on the Lambton Family Advisory Committee and the Accessibility Advisory Committee for the City of Sarnia. She is excited to give families the opportunity to access to peer support, educate the community and assist and empower others in advocating for their loved ones.

Parents for Children's Mental Health believe that children, youth, and their families suffering from mental health challenges deserve our extreme respect and assurance.  We are dedicated to improving the lives of these families.

WE LINK families to important networks within their communities to ensure they get the care they need and the support of families who can relate and support them.

WE UNDERSTAND the issues around child and youth mental health challenges and the stigma that prevents the work and conversations that need to happen.

WE HELP communities and families access important resources so they can begin their journey of healing. family is coming through this with the support of PCMH and its members. I have drawn much of my strength from posts I read on this page every day. … Member, PCMH
